Out of high school, Cam could not afford to attend college and she went to work for Fold-Pak in its purchasing department in Newark, NY. From there, she entered the media industry selling advertising for Time Warner then Dow Jones from Ithaca, NY. One of her advertisers, Market Statistics (a VNU company), hired her to be Director of Sales in NYC. When Market Statistics was spun off, she began working for Cisco Systems in RTP, NC. After obtaining 170% of quota, Cisco relocated Cam to the CT / NYC office. From Cisco, she went on to work for AT & T. Between her days at Market Statistics, Cisco Systems and AT & T, Cam mastered her enterprise sales experience with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry and financial sector. During the years, Cam continued to advance her education and received her business degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Always hungry to expand her knowledge base, Cam began law school at the age of 40 years old. She combined her law degree with her business experience and launched a law firm, Richardson Law. To maintain her business savvy, Cam has taken several courses at Harvard Business School. After litigating for ten (10) years, Cam chose to return to Corporate America to share her experience and her knowledge to help others achieve their goals.
Cam will work with individuals as well as with Fortune 500 companies, divisions of Fortune 500 companies, and small businesses. She is more focused on clients who have the drive to succeed than on the size of the organization. Her enjoyment comes making changes which results in celebrations of success.
Cam develops a customized program based on the need of the client and the client's budget. Some clients meet with her on a weekly basis while other clients roll out a solution over several weeks or several months. Cam is available to meet on-site or virtually.
